Subject to your payment of the license fee and compliance with this Agreement, FlowKeep grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use FlowKeep on macOS devices that you own or control.
FlowKeep may be used free of charge for a period of seven (7) calendar days from the date of first installation (“Trial Period”). After the Trial Period expires, you must purchase a license to continue using the software.
You may not:
Each license key is issued to a single user. You may activate the license on up to two (2) personal macOS devices. Sharing license keys is prohibited.
Your license includes all future updates to FlowKeep at no additional charge, delivered via Sparkle auto-update.
FlowKeep does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data during normal operation. License key validation requires a one-time network request to our licensing provider. See our Privacy Policy.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. FLOWKEEP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOWKEEP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
If you are not satisfied with FlowKeep, contact support@flowkeep.dev within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
